What is HOME2?

Project H.O.M.E.2 is a FREE comprehensive treatment, and short-term service, focused on providing support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to drug use disorders or co-occurring mental health disorders. It also helps them learn skills to keep housing and live independently.

Here is how we can help you:

  • Provide Case management and care to decrease recent use of alcohol and other drugs among clients.

  • Engage and connect our clients to support behavioral health, recovery services, coordinate housing assistance and support services.

  • To enhance overall quality of life, social support, physical and mental status among all of our participants through outreach & educational services.

  • Provide intensive substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment for participants.
